We are a Perth based registered home care package and NDIS provider for in-home care and support services. With our personalized care programs, clients and their families can be assured they are receiving the best care.
Social Care
it’s the little things in life that we love most, like the joy of conversation, community involvement, or being out and about, away from the house for while. Our social support services can help with transport, appointments, socials, shopping & bill payments.
Domestic Care
Our dedicated support workers are available for light domestic activities. Tending to the needs of those who may require help with basic house-cleaning (including vacuuming and mopping) and laundry, making life as normal and comfortable as possible.
NURSING Care
Our highly trained nursing staff are accustomed to providing nursing care in the convenience and privacy of our care recipient’s own homes.
Over-Night Care
Our specialist over-night care workers are available to provide night support to those in need of a little assistance when unable to call on others.
Respite Care
Our Respite care helps those that care for others by giving them time away when they need it. We think of it as a short-term break for the primary carer.

Four steps to in-home care
CONTACT MY AGED CARE
The first step is to contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit myagedcare.gov.au to request a Home Care Package. During this process they will check that you, or your loved ones, meet the requirements for aged care funding. Be sure to have your Medicare card in hand.
ACAT Assessment
An ACAT assessor, who is an experienced clinician will come and visit you at home. It is here when they will discuss with you your personal circumstances to assess and workout what level of care support might be needed.
Eligibility Letter
You will receive a letter of eligibility stating the assessment level and provisions that will be made available for home care. You will be placed in a national priority queue and be contacted and given a Unique Referral Code when a suitable package becomes available.
